PEM staff bring a broad spectrum of client and project experience from locations across the U.S. PEM understands each client and each type of organization has unique requirements and protocols that must be adhered to throughout project execution. In addition to receiving formal direction from the client, PEM conducts additional research into organizational standards and requirements. PEM frequently provides additional organizational knowledge to our clients to assist them in meeting all compliance requirements.
PEM’s project experience includes working on multiple project sites, multiple building locations, and multiple project phases simultaneously. PEM can take a project from the initial investigation phase through design to construction execution and oversight to final approval and completion documentation. PEM also provides clients expertise in scope development to identify the most cost-effective solutions for achieving program goals. PEM can provide complete turnkey services (consulting, remediation and laboratory support) for additional project execution efficiencies.
